Our 'one-stop-shop' Design & Build approach empowers customers to achieve energy-efficient transformations for every 'retrofit' eco-inspired project wether it be your home or workplace.
In this context, ‘retrofit’ refers to the measures that make a dwelling more energy efficient.
Our retrofit approach and strategy adopt PAS standardisation to ensure both quality and compliance (refer to Sustainable eco Solutions section for more information on understanding the importance of PAS standardisation).
We start by evaluating the existing carbon footprint through an energy assessment life cycle report, laying the foundation for identifying strategies to maximise efficiency and incorporate sustainability in-compliance with PAS 2035/2038.
These elements are seamlessly integrated into the design process, ensuring that inspired creativity remains uncompromised. The process then moves to the next phase, outlining and incorporating the core principles behind each concept designed by our team of talented Chartered Architects and industry-qualified Energy Evaluators (PAS 2035/2038 Accredited) to set the targeted Efficiency Specifications.
Once the concept is approved, the next stage involves initiating, integrating, and synchronising Planning, Building Control, Compliance Regulations, and Project Management (PAS Management frame-work).
While in the 'blueprint' stage, we consult with our Retrofit installation and construction specialist experts (PAS 2030 Accredited Installers) before finalising the Design models/drawings (3D/2D) and the Energy Technical Specification.
The latter phase is enhanced by partnering with like-minded eco-friendly product providers to outline and plan the layout of all the internal features, such as internal living gardens/wall and lighting technology.
Finally, we prepare the hand-over Document, which includes an energy assessment report/certification upon completion.
